Any of you all recognize this rig? 1984 Toyota Marlin Crawler

I just bought this off a kid down in north georgia.. Supposedly the original builder is a member here, Id like to speak with him and get to know more about the rig itself cause the kid seems a bit clueless. Its a 1984 Toyota Pickup 22r, 5" Extreme Flex Lift, Marlin Doubler, twin sticks, crawler gear, custom bumper, warn 9500 winch, beard built rear d shaft, square front shaft, some dents and dings, etc etc..if yall know who built this thing (supposedly the guys from NC or SC..maybe near Winrock?) let me know. Thanks to all.

That is because it looks just like every other 80's toy ever built. Except for the "extreme" ones.. those all are backhalved with airshocks and toy axles. Trailgear must sell a kit or something because they also all look the same.

Lol..well maybe you guys can help with this.. When I let off the gas and coast in N or just coast with the clutch down I get a chattering noise...the kid I got it from says its the 4:1 gears that have been cut..but were cut a bit too much. Is this BS or what?
