Looks like a late 2000 or 2001 Jeep Cherokee XJ. Built by Jeep, a division of Chrysler at the time: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Jeep I believe that specific one was the 2001 Jeep Cherokee Harley Davidson Hoodvent edition.

So it looks like an 8.8/44 swap on 35s. Is it geared? Good looking jeep.

If I remember right when I was wheeling with him spool front and rear with I think 4.56s but not positive. He drove it from Raleigh to ure beat on it all weekend and drove it home with no major problems
