[shutter] That word just makes me quiver (like Mufasa to the hyena's, or "Hillary" does to Bill)
Been there, Done that, and found the sum-bitch was too big for East coast trails...Hell a 4 door JK with a roof rack is too big for most east coast wheeling
(right @Tails ) but if you use to do hardcore then you likely already know that. I've seen many a roof/side mounted hi-lifts come off the trail looking like a whales dick (bent) because of just too much on a rig.
In Moab you can certainly get away with all those "Overland" bells and whistles.....hell it's wide open out there

We ran into some ADV riders out in Moab. They were having a blast! But covering 10x the ground we were.
I've been a motorcycle guy since 1979 when I got my first bike (Yamaha MX80G) and had always wanted to do some ADV, but lost the passion a few years ago. I know when I use to do Uwharrie on my YZ450F (do the whole dang park in 2 hrs, rinse and repeat) I use to think "No way in hell I'd be content doing this at 1.6mph" after barreling thru those trails in 3rd like my ass was on fire, but yet here I am doing so. So I guess anything is possible.
But hey, if that's your thing....good on ya! It's just been my experience that fiberglass tops end up cracked (sold mine and went soft top, and STILL ripped that sumbitch on a tree at Golden Mtn), and roof racks and tons of stuff bolted to a body end up BENT here on the east coast
