any possible odd end jobs in the alexander county area or close to it?

yeah...walmart, autozone, advance...feimsters... there's HARDLY any full time jobs here, believe me. even check out schnieder mills...it seems that most people end up giving them SOME of their time in this town lol
 
Here is a tip. If you are non-african american, non-hispanic, or non-native american, do not put that on an application that is not face to face. Any computer application or online, just put 'other'. They say they don't hire based on race, creed or color. But, they do. I scored more interviews call backs after I started doing that.

Had the same problem, then on 1 application I said I was african american, got the interview, and then was told 'thanks for coming but you don't fit the current position, we will let you know if any other positions open in the near future"

:( I could be the token white guy? Lol

well im not certified in anything but ive rebuilt 2 mitsubishi motors and have worked on several other cars. my dad has been a mechanic 4 over 30 years and hes taught me what he knows. i have done lawncare work before and a little bit of landscape work.
 
yeah I have a bunch of stuff to do around the house that I need help with but I am in Washington, the state. But could possibly find something in Charlotte. Not a guarantee but can ask depending how far that is for you.
