Any Raleigh guys have a pushmower I can borrow or buy?

I bought a brand new Troy-bilt mower with a Honda motor on it a few months ago. What a heap of crap. It finally gave up and caught on fire today after using it about 6 times. It's in the shop for warranty repair now, hopefully they just give me a new one but it'll be three weeks before any decision is made.

In the mean time my yard is about 2' tall and I have a very unhappy wife.

My neighbors have old crappy mowers too that I don't want to borrow because they are on their last legs too. Anyone have one I can buy or borrow for a few weeks?

So annoying, I finally break down and buy a new lawnmower and it doesn't even last me 6 months.
 
is 2' a typo? Thats crazy. Better hope you don't live within city limits or you might be getting a letter from your local code enforcement officer :p

:lol: I have bad luck with lawnmowers.

And yes, 2' is correct. That was my backyard though, the front was only about 6-8". I borrowed my neighbor's mower to do the front a couple of weeks ago. I try and keep my grass mowed every week, but this new lawnmower has only worked for one week out of the last month and a half.

I broke down and went and bought another new mower. I'll just either sell the other one when I get it back of go throw it through the window at Lowe's.
