Vehicle registration is 75% of NC, but inspections are $16 (ALL vehicles & trailers WITH BRAKES), 2 different classes of "antique tags" (yellow = drive anywhere/anytime, black = restricted to club/parade/Maint use, but $50 once) and insurance is 75% of NC... and don't forget the $5 "Farm Use" tags (available at TSC
