Is anyone burning, or playing with TBI chips? I would gladly pay someone to burn me a chip for my AMC 304, but I am not willing to shell out what the high-performance racecar pros want.

You could talk to Alvin at PCM4less in Mooresville.

I think CaverDave is, or at least he has a source.

Dave did the chip for Granny2, and was going to do this one for me, but so far.......................?????????????????????

Yep, formerly known as PCM4Less I mentioned above.

I was not aware of this one. I may just give them a call. Appreciate the info! :)

I'd offer to help you but I barely trust my tuning on my own truck right now. I bought the chip burning equipment but so far all I've done is minor fine tuning and playing with idle settings.

I appreciate that Tim. I'm not really hurting. I am running on the stock Chevy 305 chip that was in the ECM with the timing retarded by 10°. It runs real strong/good from say 1600 RPM up, but any funny stuff (hard throttle) below 1600 will cause a stumble and burp. The O2 levels are decent though, it's not running lean, and I don't fear any harm to the engine. I still have an annoying SES light due to no VSS, and I'm not using the EGR. I would just like to get it finished, put the glovebox back in, and just drive on to the next project... whatever that may be.
