I know we have a lot of guys that are college students, and wonder if anyone has heard of Vector Marketing? Apparently the employ mostly college students as their reps, and I have heard both good, and bad reviews. Just wondering if anyone else has any real experience with them?

my son got one of those today too..i have no idea what it is..but for 13 bones as base isnt bad

yeah, i had some friends that worked for cultco er..i mean, cutco selling knives. they made alot of money....for someone. certainly not themselves!

Its a pyramid scheme... there is a guy on lake wylie who was in the AAMCO thing that was a pyramid scheme, he is now rich off everyone elses work.. Has a nice house on the lake and 2 garages for his BOATS on the water. Not to mention a nice guest house bigger than most peoples reg. home.

I took a job for a company in the paper a while back for an "Advertising Agency" - turns out they church up the name, but you start at a crappy base pay and get a percentage of the "items" you sell (coupons and crap). You would come to work, they would give you a pitch to sell, try to get you all hyped and motivated to make money, then at the end of the day the mentors (the ones training you) take all the money in products you sold and give you a percentage and tell you you will get more if you sell more and so on. You can make money if you are deceitful and enjoy cults.

Which Vector?
There are 2 one pushes securtity systems, the other other hyoes sports to no end and keeps asking if you have an aggressive personality and has Jordan and Gretzky posters all over the wall.

The laater took me 5 minutes in an interview to laugh in the guys face, the former is an unethical scam team that preys on the eldely

LOL I think you mean Amway ... unless he was going door to door drawing circles trying to sell transmissions. :driver:
