....and want to make some money in the next few days?

Water line broken at my mom's house, need to run new from the meter to the house, about 100'. Just need a trench cut, I'll do the rest.

What a bummer on Thanksgiving...

I've considered investing in one but it's a thing that would hardly get used. I've only had 2 jobs with one in 3 years. I just go rent one.
 
Yeah, call a couple of rental places this AM and see what they say. Most likely, they'll let you keep it on Thursday and maybe even through the weekend for a day's rental, so long as you don't put more than 8 hrs on the machine.
