Well I tried it out and it seems to work well. I stabbed 2 pork tenderloins about 30 times w a sharp,flat kebab skewer and put them in the marinator w some Lawry's teriyaki marinade. Put the vacuum on it and in the fridge for 30 mins. released the vacuum and smoked them on the weber indirect for bout 30mins. then bout 10 mins on the coals turning them 4 times.Pulled them off @ 150/154 and rested 10mins. They were very juicy,tasty and tender.
