my rental property has a leak somewhere around the shower/garden tub...you can see the stain under the vinyl flooring where it's leaked and affected the glue...gonna have to replace the floor and probably a section of plywood...
I'm meeting a friend of mine that does flooring over there tomorrow at 10am...
if anybody that does it is available to meet us over there (off Eastfield Rd...basically the Charlotte/Huntersville border) and take a quick look, I'd appreciate it...
maybe be real simple, but I haven't really looked around for the issue...easy access in crawlspace to get to the plumbing, so it may be a quck job...
