Need to get a recommendation for the Charlotte/NC area for a lawyer that deals with corporations and corporate litigation.

Nothing will be posted here so don't get too excited. Need some advise and my lawyer has a conflict of interest with the other party we are dealing with. So, I need to go elsewhere to make sure our interests are being respected.
