Nothing bad, he just wants me to deliver something I have for sale on Craigslist and sounds decent enough on the phone, but I don't want to waste 4hrs of my time without a reference.

I don't know him, but work is just a few miles from there if you need me to swing by.
If you wanna come down here and take some equipment to him that would be great. Maybe I'll swing by your hill while I'm up that way.

My reading comprehension sucks, I thought you were interested in something he had. If you make it up this way swing by anytime. Jody Treadway lives that way, not sure if he may know him or not?

Give me a buzz and I'll ride up we can discuss business plans and ways to get rich...

Well this thread clearly shows, if nothing else, it will at least be good time!

I'd like to hear the ideas that come out of that conversation.
Most of them involve building busienss to milk eccentric rich rednecks of their wealth with minimal return....

I thought most of them just devolved into bitching about the way the world works? :D

Well, problem solved. Mr Mike Lawing came down today and looked the equipment over and left a cash deposit. Nice, honest guy. I'll be heading up there one afternoon this week.

Well are you going up to moldy river? I'm on the way up there if you're coming in from 85/74A...
As much as I like curvy roads, I won't be taking 74A with a 10k pound chunk of steel behind me...

Lemme know when you come up. We'll try to sync our schedules like women do their menstrual cycles.
I don't wear Crocs so I don't think it's gonna work.

I'm not to far out of the way Matt. If you got time on your way home, swing by and look at that job I was telling you about.

Unless I'm confused where Stanley is..

I figured you'd take I85-us74-I26.. it's all straight. That or you're taking 40 over to 26.

Us 74 bypass is 70 mph and straight.. not 74a.. I'm 4 minutes from the bypass.
