its photoshop. you can see the wavy blend in the roof and on the back door. i also do not remember the back doors on XJs having rear key locks.
 
its def photoshop but i suggest you build one and put the build on here!!! lol
 
Seems like it wouldn't be too hard to do assuming you had a spare cherokee sitting around (as most do) and the back half of a commanche. Add your typical mickey thompson aluminum wheels, some flavor of 35's and bam. Done.

Throw some 2x4 tubes up on the welding table and hit all the long arm suspension mounting points or just go with leaves. Make cage and body mounts. That thing would be awesome and useable. Might as well put a real engine and trans in it while you are at it. Then you are going to need some real axles, etc... It would be a sweet little beast!:huggy:
Somebody ought to build one...I am busy.:rolleyes:
 
I saw the real thing in Emerald Isle in early October. Not this but a nice small pickup bed conversion on a stock jeep XJ. It looked very neat, like factory at the back cab/bed transition. It looked cool and functional not chopped up.
