Anybody know when

Are you moving any time soon? :) You can go by the PO and get a 'moving' kit. It's mostly change-of-address cards, but there is (or at least used to be), a 10% discount card in the pack.
 
I've got a $25 off of $250 coupon if that does you any good. But on an air compressor, thats just a drop in the bucket.

Yeah, the one I'm looking at is $450. I wonder if you can piggy back coupons or offers? MY FIL gets a military discount so that would be 10%. That's ~$45 savings. I was just hoping for an "After President's Day Sale" or something.

you cannot piggyback discounts. E.g. not military AND the 10% moving coupon. *maybe* the 25/250 one (which is also just 10%...) but I would call and ask.
I have used 10 of the 10% ones from moving packets in the last year. I spend an afternoon hitting all the local POs lol.
Keep in mind HD & Lowes honor each others coupons, and will beat a price by 10% on the same item.
 
When I built my garage I used the 10% ones from the p.o. They were layin on the counter at the post office and I got a handfull.
