Anybody watch Ax men???

seems like anytime someone runs a city or state or whatever finds out how much these people get for things like those logs they always come up with some way of makin more money.
but hey if they needed permits and didnt get them that sucks too.
 
I say if they take the initiative to work that hard let em have em.That might be the reason the logs are still there.
 
That guy already has one heck of a temper, I bet he blew up completely when they seized his logs!
 
Was trout unlimited behind this? Did it stir up silt and kill the breeding habits of the knotty heads in the river!:lol:
 
There are folks that harvest logs in the Cape Fear River. They are supposed to be logs that sunk during the time when logs were rafted down the river.

In the logging case from Axemen - the state is claiming ownership of the natural resources. I wonder how the argument that original logger was the owner - and not the state would work as a defense.

if the origonal logger claimed them they would proably be cited for littering or some crap some how shape or form the local goverment is looking for money from someone:shaking:
 
I think this is pretty funny. Those guys seem pretty dumb and uncontrolled. At least the kid has some resemblance of a head on his shoulders.

Zooming out a little, I think this season isn't near as good as last season. It is becoming more and more about drama, and less about the equipment and the logging.
