Anyone around Valdese, got a question...

Hey guys - I was going through Valdese the other day, and right off interstate 40 (exit 112 I believe) headed towards town, I saw a place that is obviously used for wheeling, as you can see by the red mud all over the road and headed into the place. I've never heard anyone talk about it around town, nor have I ever seen it mentioned on any of the forums I visit. My question is, who owns the land, and can we legally wheel there? It's not much, from what I can tell driving by, but its good enough to go let a little mud fly on the weekends. But at the same time, I don't want to go trespassing on someone else's personal property.

That's sort of what I figured. Like I said, there's no signs posted, so I wasn't sure. But, just because everyone else goes in there and wheels, doesn't make it right. Thanks for your input.
