anyone do paint/body?

I just bought a cowl hood for my truck. It is steel with a fiberglass cowl grafted on, which was actually done well, it just has some cracks from age that need to be fixed, and i need to get it painted white. Doesnt have to be perfect paintwise bc its going on my towrig(work truck)
 
As soon as i can, i dont expect it overnight or anything. I used to do paint and body work years ago and still do bodywork here and there for myself and family, but i just dont have the time or place right now
 
Won't be moving into the new shop until November, but I pointed my buddy (a member on here, and our body and paint guy) to this post. Not sure if he has the facilities at the moment to paint though. Hopefully he will chime in, he does top notch work (typically does high end show car paint). Otherwise, as soon as we get moved in and set up properly with the forum, we can certainly get you taken care of.
 
I would do it if you were closer to Raleigh. Your best bet might be to find a smaller body shop or a maaco if you actually don't care about quality.
 
Didnt say i didnt care about quality, i said it did not have to be perfect.and nc-v, let me know if your guy would be interested, doesnt hqve to be show quality
 
Redneckjeep87, repairing your hood would be no prob. Unfortunately I don't have anywhere to work on it until the shop (nc-v's) is ready. But if you can wait a couple months we'll get you fixed up.
