I need to drill two 4.5 inch holes to install my new LED turn signals in my grille. I paid 45 dollars for the lights it looks like a 4.5 inch hole saw will be 35 bucks from lowes.

Just curious if someone had one laying around I could use and send some cash back with it after I drilled my two holes.

holes that size are easy to do with a jig saw. 4.5" hole saws are $$$$ and can be hard to come by

drill a 1/2" hole anywhere inside the 4.5" hole area. insert jig saw and follow your diameter until you have 4.5". use masking tape to protect the paint from the foot on the saw

That's what we did for the CJ.

Well, huh. That makes sense.

If you can mark where you want them and dont mind driving to mt. airy i can do them for you. Just pm me if you would like.

Won't have the parts till the 4th, I may take you up on that offer.

I've got a dull 4.5 and a new 4.25 let me know which you want. I will pick up a pilot bit saturday and then we will be ready to knock them out.

I won't have the parts till the 4th, but if you're up for it we can meet up one evening next week and knock it out. I'd like to see the flanges and all that before I make the holes.

That will work. Are you just mounting it in the sheet metal, no 1/4" flat bar right?
Never mind I went back and read the first post "In the grill". Sorry

I'll PM you sun/monday evening and we'll make arrangements. Where you at? roughly.

Got one. Brand damn new.
No charge, just return it.
I can get it to RIDES. On your own after that.
Hit me up.

I appreciate it I think i'm going to go with mmcj7 since we are in the same town.

Thanks though!
