Anyone in Greensboro want to help me diagnose front end problem?

Ive been hearing a popping noise coming from the front end on my nissan frontier for a while now. I thought it was upper ball joints so I went out and bought a pair, but when I tested for upper ball joint wear they looked fine. (I should have tested first)

Im not sure how to test the lower ball joints or steering parts so Im hoping someone could come by for a few minutes and help me just try to find out what the problem is. I will have a floor jack, high lift, crow bar, and all most all other tools. I live on New Garden Rd near guilford college and will supply cold beer. :beer:
 
I will be in that area possibly next Wednesday 6/4 (actually RJR in Winston) but will have to pass through in the afternoon. Shoot me a PM and let's see if we can work something out. I've had a few weird ones on my Frontier as well.
