Anyone in the packaged food biz?

Looking to start a small business that packages fresh vegetables and cooked meat for retail purchase (and hope to go nationwide)...however, getting the info on co packing (the route I will most likely take) has been a little difficult. Anyone package their own food for retail sale or use a co packer?
