Anyone know anyone who fixes Neon Signs?

My Buddy has one of those Corona neon lights that you can find on the beer isles in grocery stores. it is actually cracked in a tiny spot with piece missing. Anyone know any place that does fix them around the triad area? or anyone know anyone who fixes them on the side?
 
The neon tube is cracked? If that's the case, it would cost more to make a new tube for the thing than it's worth. Might as well buy a new sign.

Not only doesi t have to be fixed, but re-filled w/ neon. Cost will be close to if not more than buying a new sign. They're pretty cheap to begin with...
