you cant hear both sides of the story cause the guy wont answer his phone. i no cause i tried to call off my phone, he answered one nite then hung up on us so we no hes still alive

Not what I was saying, I guess what I was getting at was he needs to put a "Bad Buyer" post up to let others know "his" side of the story. Not trying to weazel anyone, Just wanting people to be aware of who there dealing with. If there is a good excuse I am sure people would be interested in hearing it for the him if he would explain what happened.

And to answer someones question he is on Pirate, but less than here, and not since 10/14

yes, I posted under stolen parts on pirate.

as far as both sides of the story. I dont guess we will ever know. I have tried to contact him since the 26 th of oct . I called everyday, sent pm's and emails.
my thread for my tires for sale is still posted on here. and as far as my side of the story.
on oct 21st we decided to trade my tires for his wii. I went out of my way to make this happen the day he needed the tires. we couldnt get the beads to break. so he said he would take them and have it taken care of and have my wheels back by that sat the 24th. we spoke on the 22nd and said he had the tires mounted and confirmed meeting me on the 24th. well I was at the farm and forgot about it until sun nite. so I started calling him on mon. and now here we are. and I still havent heard from him and still Im out a set of wheels. and as far as the wii I didnt get what I was promised. and his thread for the wii is still posted.
I would love to here his side of the story.
my thoughts are.....
he mounted the tires that came off his truck on my wheels and is trying to sale them or has sold them.
 
so I trusted a guy that no one on here knows or knows how to get in touch with???
 
did you ever get your wheels back or hear from him? does he still get on myspace everyday?...lol
 
Have you tried going to the police as suggested?
At the least it's time for a trip.

I talked with the sherriff's dept. and the magistrate.
I posted on pbb but not much has happened. and he hasnt been on here since 10-28 I havent checked how long its been since he has been on pirate.
 
Lets take the dodge down there and do burnouts in his driveway
 
On the bright side, at least this may have scared the shithead from ever coming back to nc4x4. I can't imagine he would ever show his e-face around here again.
 
he is on myspace and facebook about everyday. I figure he is prob. on here under another acct.
but hopefully everyone will remember his real name as a thief.
if he wasnt a thief he wouldve contacted me if there was some sort of a prob. and why would he change his #? I did get in touch with someone that knows him and the first? he asked me "is why you looking for him does he owe you money?"
I believe that tells you alot of his character.
 
I dont want to put any info on here in case he is lurking around. Other than that we all now know he is a thief.
he can contact me anytime, I know he has my # after me calling twice a day everyday until he changed his #. plus emails and pm's
