Anyone Live Near FUQUAY VARINA, NC?

Hey gang,

I'm currently in the market for a JKU.
There is one in FUQUAY VARINA, NC that I am considering, as all of the ones here in knoxville, TN are way over priced (2007 models with 80k selling for just a few thousand less than a new 2012).

I was hoping there may be someone local who could do a driveby and see if it seemed decent or if it was beat up? It is at Anchor Auto in FUQUAY VARINA, NC.
It's a 2007 Auto with high mileage.
