Anyone living in Asheville Area....I need some help

Hey people. I have some friends that are looking to move to Asheville next month (husband just got a job offer) and they are in desperate need of housing. They are looking for something with 2-3 bedrooms around the 650-750 range. They have 2 kids and 2 cats. They are willing to sign a 12 month lease as they will need to sell their home in Michigan before buying here.

If anyone knows of a place, please let me know.

What side of Asheville are they going to be closer to? My parents had to do the same thing after they moved, and stayed in some pretty nice apartments in Enka/Candler.
