Anyone local to CLT bend 1 1/4" tube?

I'm making a buddy some flat fenders for his TJ and the person I had lined up for the tube has fallen off of the face of the earth. It's a simple job. It's going to be a 90 degree bend, with 48" on the long side and 12" on the short side. Anyone?

I'm just south of Winston-Salem, and can bend it if you can't find anyone closer...
