I know this is a real long shot, but NC4x4 has come through dozens of times for me in the past.
I'm in the middle of purchasing some commercial real estate near Hanover, NH. It's a 10,000sqft building that is 100+ years old. My father was going to attend the inspection on Sept. 5th, but now he will be out of the country as well.
I'd like to pay someone for a couple hours of their time to simply represent me during the inspection. If you're a contractor, inspector, real estate investor, or have experience with commercial properties and have time on Sept. 5th, let me know. If anyone knows anyone that fits the bill, please let me know.
I just need someone that will ask all the questions that need to be asked while the inspection is occurring.
This is my first adventure into purchasing property other than a home and need someone with some experience to tell me, after attending the inspection, if I should walk away and not blow my life savings.
