Anyone play the game Crimson Desert?

I plan too. as soon as I finish my 7th play through of Elden ring.
 
So I am playing this coming off of playing Ghost of Yotei. Never played Elden Ring but I did play Skyrim and I think this is the best game I've played in a very long time. Only thing is, I've never played a game that requires so much going into it. 28 hours in and I don't think I've even scratched the surface.

So I am trying to find someone who's played it to get some tips on building my character.
 
I have like 50+ hours in it right now. Honestly, I'm a little bored with it currently. The world is huge to be sure, but it seems very repetitive. The story is total crap. It's not interesting at all and it's really confusing. The characters are all pretty awful too. I can't really stand any of them, especially stupid Yann.

I'm going to play a bit more, but if it doesn't get any better, I think I'll pick up Pragmata and take a break from Crimson Desert.
 
I get the part about being bored because I think there is just SO much to do from main quest, side quests, mining, cooking, skills, finding gear/weapons. I am at the Crowcaller right now and can't seem to beat him. One thing I have learned quickly is that you need ALOT of food in this game.
 
Pragmata is a lot of fun. I'm only a couple hours of gameplay in. Boss fights are awesome, gunplay/hacking is great and intuitive. Definitely recommend using a controller if on PC. Story so far is fantastic.
