Your registration donation includes your "swag bag" +1 Drivers event shirt (BLACK)---> MUST HAVE BEEN REGISTERED BY MARCH 22, 2012 TO RECEIVE A FREE SHIRT One additional shirt will be made available for a very small cost to all drivers/trucks entered. These shirts will be a color other than black.

Definitions: Exhibitor - Compny or individual that will have a display setup at the event

Sponsor - Company or individual that will make either monetary donation to WWP, donate a prize for the raffle, which all proceeds will go to WWP, or company or individual that will donate funds toward the organization and planning of the show.

Per John@Leith: This is a preliminary list , other possible sponsors may be coming on board.Local media both print and television are in the works also. As soon as we have a show flier available, I need a copy so as to help in closing possible national sponsorship.

Trophies will be awarded this year in various categories

There will be a small entry fee of $10 for participants this year, which will go directly to the WWP as a donation - I will have more detals on how it will be paid and collected (more than likely in the form of a check so that you may be able to use this as a tax deduction.)
