[April 6-8, 2012]Military Vehicle Rally in NC

Time for a big Steel Soldiers Rally in NC.

Everyone come on out and enjoy the weekend. Something for everyone. Bring those MV's, and/or parts for sale and participate.

This will be at Denton Farm Park.

Costs are as follows..........Bring your MV and get in FREE
Non MV Weekend pass.......$10 per person. Active and retired Military $5 (Same as a day pass) Come and go as much as you like.
Camping in the rough.....$10 per night There is a bathhouse.
Camping with water and power $25 per night
Dogs are allowed. Must be on a leash.
Food will be avalible for sale at the park (hot dogs, hamburgers etc) Or Bring your own. Plan for a convoy to get supper Sat. night in town.
There will be a Sunday morning service in the chappel in the park. Most likely at 0800.
Games are still free, Now with prizes.
Seminiars are still free.
 
i will be there set up as a vendor in my deuce loaded down with surplus & tactical gear.
 
I think I'll bring the Kraken. It looks like a military vehicle, lol.
 
I don't think they would stone you. I was invited to one of these about three years ago. Not owning an MV, I was hesitant about going for fear of not being welcome... been going ever since... and I still don't own an MV. I would like to have a Deuce, but don't have any good place to put it.
 
Mike... I'm thinking about driving my M1008 to the event Saturday. Will there be many people bringing part's For Sale. I have some HMMWV & CUCV part's BUT just don't want to be the only one there with part's

therte will be a lot of parts and surplus for sale there. also trucks for sale. come on out and have a great time. thanks.
 
wish i could make it work the whole time
 
Is that place trailer friendly? I'd like to go check out the show before hitting the trails for the weekend. Just wondering if parking situation is out there.
