Are used Cats still worth anything?

I just replaced the OEM cat on the jeep with a magnaflow unit. Is the old cat worth anything? I know platinum was through the roof there for a little while but has since cooled off. I'm hoping I can take it somewhere like scrap metal place and get a little $$$ back...

i know steel prices are way way way down. I'd like them to go back up but with the hurting economy it doesn't look good for the next year at least. it's worth more than just throwing it away.
