I'll tell you right now that the escort service is GRADE A bullshit at Hatteras! It restricts travel fro 7am to 8pm well guess what I flounder gig. And you can only do that at night so I am screwed.

I fired off a email to ARRA and told them they need to get more input than the Nazi morons at the CHNPS. NO ONE likes this.

ONE fawking PAIR of birds and they shut down 3 miles of beach and restrict travel. For the ARRA to support this makes me seriously question their motivations.
