Not so much referring to the racist part more to the people takin from you part.Some folks are truly grateful for help but most will take and take and take until folks have had enuf and get out of the situation.I just don't get started w folks like that to start with and I might have to answer for that one day.

well the babie daddy is pulling 10-20 somewhere for something and the mom is busy w her four other kids by four different babie daddies.The girl is old enuf to feed and dress herself and knows her way home,what more do you expect the mom to do???

Don't worry there's not enuf money in the world to get me to move over there.Its funny to me that we're just 60 miles from Asheville (roughly) but its a whole different world over there.I hope the mnts continue to keep that shit over there.

I know several 12 yr. old boys who are bigger than I am. At my age ..... it would be be a dirty fight .... where's my baseball bat?
There have been several Foryth County teachers suffer major injuries in the last 10-15 years breaking up fights. About half have been in middle schools.
I have a lot of friends and relative in the educational system here ..... it never makes the news ..... but does happen.

Well, I guess I missed this thread. Given the information in this thread, I would likely have laid her ass out as well. Only thing I would likely do different is be making my way out if possible, and be keeping my right hand ready to draw in the cases of lethal force being needed. She shoved him (threat) in a crowd (bigger threat) and came back for more (justification). IMHO, he handled the situation well.

In this day and age, you never know who has a weapon and there are countless cases of pre teens committing assault and murder. I was raised not to hit a woman, unless absolutely necessary. In this situation, it was necessary. She had already proved she wasnt backing down. Just because they are kids doesnt mean they are not a threat. At 14, my brother tried to gut me with a bowie knife because he thought I had drained the oil out of his dirt bike (I didnt).
 
At least it was not a major sentence, but still probably a felony on his record.
