Atv Pull Behind Disc

I have a hawse brand Atv disc. I haven’t used it in a couple of years? Just been sitting at the land. Got a tractor now, so no use for it. It might need new tubes? Tires are flat, might just need pumping up? I’ll try to check this weekend? $350 as it sits. It is pretty heavy, would recommend a larger Atv.
