I just put an Aussie locker in my front HP 30 a few weeks ago. When I'm driving down the road at all speeds it is ratcheting / clicking very loud. I know it is supposed to ratchet around corners but what could be causing this all the time. Tire pressure is the same and all that stuff
 
Is the aussie new or used? Maybe a spring popped out during install. Is your d30 vacumm disconnect?
 
Its new and it was working fine the first 2 weeks or so then just started clicking all the time
 
pull the diff cover & look at the springs & pins i bet a spring or 2 has came out
 
yeah im gona tear it back down tomorrow and see what it is
