Just like the URL says. How awesome is it that dude busted his ass, RIGHT in front of a photographer?
The real question, did the camera guy bust his ass, then sit there waiting for someone else to slip?

he wanted proof that his shoes were not snow/ice traction shoes so that he could sue the shoe company as well as the coffee company while collecting medical benefits from the fall and the mental distress of this being posted all over the internet.

But what he neglected to see was the traffic cone to his left that said slippery when wet or icy.
