My wife just watched TOP Gear BBC for a little over 2 hours. I was up stairs laying down due to having a screaming headache. She doesn't complain when I want to go to Outdoor world, Dicks, or any other place to look at hunting equipment. She actually wants to go hunting with me this deer season of course I'll have to do all the "cleaning of the animal" but she still wants to go. Plus she loves Jeeps, lifted Jeeps, Pickup trucks, wheeling in general, camping, and fishing. I'm not bragging or anything just letting the world know my wife is awesome.

She doesn't like all that stuff. She just wants to keep tabs on you. By pretending to enjoy what you enjoy ensures that you can't escape her presence.

My wife totally doesn't care to hunt but.....she'll cut, gut & skin a deer in a heartbeat. She's a nurse by trade and I think she gets off on doing it, all the while saying, "Damn, I shoulda been a surgeon"
It amazes me how many people will marry a person they have next to nothing in common with.
I wasn't suprised when my wife jumped in on cleaning deer, or not complaining while getting filthy when wheelin in shitty conditions or complaining about me spending 2wks a yr in the woods 600 miles away, or when she shoots guns, hikes mtns, fishes, or when she split the drive from NC to CA and back with a loaded 30' gooseneck in tow.
Thats simply why I married her:beer:

My wife has been deer hunting with my and even finnished butchering one when I got sick. We now go surf fishing together all the time. We even went this weekend. She baits her own rig cast and can release her own fish she catches. Even complained one day when I was going to relaese a nice flounder we caught. She kept it cleaned it and cooked it for dinner.
Hard to find ones like that now a days. I've been hanging on to this one for over 30 years.

It's definetly more fun having a wife that does things with you. Some wives look at guys' rigs as competition for time and money. Mine doesn't even want jewelry, she wants upgrades and parts for her jeep. Tons easier than buying a little rock on metal that doesn't do anything.

When my wife had the ZJ still I bought her a 4.5" lift for it and she loved and almost cried when we had it towed away a couple of years later. Still likes the jewelry though; she is a girl after all, lol.
