I'm finally going to get my reverse lights wired back up after the trans swap. I want to convert the CJ harness to accept the AX15 switch.
Anyone know what that type of connector is called and where I could buy one? (I'm assuming Del-City or Waytek..)

That's a pretty bad picture, but that looks like a Delphi Weatherpack connector. They work, but they're pretty shitty as far as automotive connectors go... They're one of the original sealed connectors from a looooong time ago.

Yes, Del City carries them, probably Waytek too.

Yea picture pulled off Google.

Or just buy any two-conductor connector and splice it in.

Well, my reason for wanting to swap the CJ side was for if/when the AX15 sensor fails all I would have to do is go to the nearest auto parts store and throw one in without having to make a new connector.

I didn't realize that was just a weatherpak, for some reason I thought it was something else.

does it work? yes
does it seal? yes
can i seal it 'better' with lexel? yes
will it last? yes

Total investment was like 20 bones for 3 dozen (2 pin, 3 pin and 4 pin), 1 dollar roll of electrical tape, and 9 bones for a tube of lexel. honestly, im in for a solid connector weather proof connector for 30 bones total at less than 1$ per connector.... and Im sure you guys already have tape and silicone on the bench. just made more sense for me instead of buying a 3 -10$ connector that im going to tape up anyways. >>OCD<< workin on it. lmao.

what works for someone doesnt work for another tho
