I can use Chevy 8 lug outers on my Ford HP 44 correct?

As long as you change everything from the knuckle out. . . . knuckle, spindle, brakes, stub shaft, etc.

Yea stub shafts are different length

I'm going to need a carrier that accepts 392 and lower gears. Iou can't use a carrier from a standard rotation 44 can I?

iirc, d44s use the same carrier whether LP or HP

LP Hp cases are the same, 10 bolt and 44 are not as far as I know and i am 99.9% sure.
