axle ques.

splines on the pinion, the differential, front u-joint stub, etc?

Oh, and which axle, front or rear?

My smart-ass response is: More than you can count on your hands and toes.. :flipoff2:

Im guessing your YJ is:

Front Axle = D30, 27spline, 1.16" dia shafts, 7.13" ring gear (probably not vac. disconnect but I cant remember)

Rear Axle = D35, 27spline, 1.18" dia. shafts, 7.58" ring gear, 2.62" axle tubes...

i do have 35's. i know d35 is known to be weak. Any advice would be great. i don't have alot of dinero, but would like for it to be dependable if i wanted to get a little dirty:driver:

Don't lock it if you are on 35's. It'll break. The shafts aren't that hard to change if you have spares. But it'd be better to upgrade axles before you lock anything
