When I sell my disk brake kits I send axle/wheel seals. The reason was pretty simple, my partner thought we should. I have been thinking we could lower the price by $15.00 per kit without the seals and I don't think people need them as part of a disk brake conversion. If you axle seal is leaking then replace it, but how is that part of a disk brake conversion? I want my kit to be 100% complete, but I also want to the lowest price for my customer. What do you guys think? Should I include axle/wheel seals as a "standard" part with every kit?

I feel that why your able to get to the seal why not replace it....but $15 for seals isnt bad so include it

Make it an option.

Omit the seal kit to keep the price tag as low as possible and offer seals as an affordable add on.

What type of bacon comes with the standard conversion kit? My rig goes though a bunch of bacon for some reason...

I've decided on my best two selling axles to drop the seals and sell them at $295 as a "sale price", but they can still order the normal kit for $315.

Thanks for all the input.
