Axle wheel studs

I have a jeep dana 44 front with 9/16"-18 wheel studs and a rear dodge dana 60 ff with 1/2"-20 wheel studs. Can I just press 9/16" ones in to match all around? Would there be a specific part number to use, or just use a matching jeep stud
