its alittle over 5ft tall now.

Don't have pics of it...but I had almost a complete silohoutte of body panels from 73-79 ford tuck hanging on the wall. I also had tailgate trim hanging on the wall. I also had various gaskets hanging from the wall. And somehow, my camshaft lamp found it's way to storage as well. Right now, I have complete set of Ford race track trim I had stripped and chromed (not re-anodized) a few years back that's trying to find it's way up on the wall...doubt that will last long either.

i forgot about my stoplight.. it was in my living room. now located on my other living room

I really can't complain. My wife kept all the old oil cans and car parts I had decorating the place before we met. SHe even take parts of of the occasional scrap car and hangs them on the wall. Right now there is a 14 bolt rear cover and a Porsche 914 engine cover that I need to get mounted for her.

Not art... but I had a girlfriend in college who heavily encouraged that I get rid of any article of clothing I had "modified for comfort" with either scissors or duct tape. I lost several hats, a pair of well-broke-in jeans, and a pair of addidas flipflops to that relationship.

As for "bachelor pad art"... I currently have several 2x4s in my living room, and an 11ft kayak in the spare bedroom. I can get away with both because I don't have a garage or a rack outside... and my current girlfriend lives 2 states away.

I made the plate out of .25 plexiglas and mounted the switch and cd player. Got a 110 to 12v converter sitting up in the rafters to power the cdplayer. Ive also got 3 more light housings that I'll be making plexiglas faces with speakers to mount up on the other walls of the shop.. As for getting them in sc the dot uses contractors to replace and maintain the lights. Talk to them and they will give or sell ya a set. I got two sets that had the 5 lights with left turn arrows yellow/green

It's a pic of a truck cd player mounted in the fourth housing in the bottom of my stop lights the white is a 3 position switch for the individual lights. The blur at the top of the pic is from the green light being on.
