Backhoe Rental around Charlotte

So my Dad bought an office in the 90's for our family surveying business. It was an old service station and there was a ton of concrete buried everywhere. Over the years, we have been excavating and piling it up at the back of the property. Over the past couple months we have been fighting with code enforcement, as there have been complaints, and we have until May 19th to dispose of the concrete debris, or they will hire a contractor to do so and make us pay. Our plan is to cut down more trees in the back, spread said concrete out, and bury it with a thin layer of soil. Code enforcement has agreed that would be acceptable.

Our office is located in Charlotte, near UNCC. A daily rental for a backhoe is pretty outrageous, and I was wondering if anyone on here has one that they would be willing to let us use with compensation.

We would be happy to pay a reasonable amount for rental, or even for your time if you were not comfortable renting/loaning it out. We are kinda in a bad spot, and I know folks on here look out for their own when they can.

I would be willing to trade toyota parts, comparable labor, or surveying work if needed. Cash too if preferred.

I can send pictures if needed. We have a 7k Hudson trailer to pickup/drop off if you all would feel it is substantial enough.

Thanks,
Tim Christian, PLS

Rental Is High, so you need to have Plenty of work to be done. If the concrete is Clean, as in no dirt or anything mixed with it, you can dump it free at C&M Recycling or D H Griffins. But then you have to haul it. There are a couple different NC members running around doing side work. Hopefully they'll chime in!
