Fixing supper for Jon last night I needed something easy because I was also fixing part of tonights supper. I ran across this and jons exact words...
Bacon candy!
1 package of bacon
3-4 chicken breast (1 lb)
2/3 cup packed brown sugar
2 tbsp chilli powder
Slice bacon into three sections
Cut chicken into 3/4inch peices
mix together powder and sugar
wrap a slice of bacon around the chicken, secure with a toothpick. run it though the sugar/powder mix and place on a boiler pan (I used a cookie sheet with a lip)
cook at 350 for 30-40 minutes till bacon is crispy.
