BAD Chevelle!!

hmm, my first car was a '70 Chevelle. I keep lying to myself saying I will get another, someday. But I don't like that one, I'm sure its worth every penny though. I'd like to see more sidewall on the tires, maybe I'm old school. Why'd they paint the bumpers black...should be chrome. Lastly, at least finish rolling the drivers side rear window down for the photo session!
 
I liek everything except - is that about 1/4" of ground clearance? What is so low in pics 3 and 5, exhaust?
 
Diesel's cool but the black one looks 100x better. Needs different wheels tho. The wheels on the diesel would look a lot better on the black one.
 
I'm with RenegadeT. I like resto mods, but this one just went a little too far IMO. Gimme some door handles, chrome bumpers, and tires with enough sidewall so that I don't bend a couple of rims every spring when the potholes come out to play.
I actually learned to drive on a 70 Chevelle Malibu. I plan to own one someday.

Pretty sure it has Air Ride. Adjustable ride height on the go! And yes, that's the exhaust that's hanging down.

I'd drive the hell out of that thing. Only thing I don't like is the wheels.
