bad tire

i think that i have a bad tire. there is a buldge in the tire right by the rim. you can start to see the inner bead. what causes this? what can i do?
 
I don't know, change it
 
More then likely its a broken steel belt inside the tire, I'd change it as soon as possible to avoid a blowout.

sometimes it can be caused by running a low tire pressure or over heating of the tire. It is usually a cord or belt separation and nothing can be done. You need to replace it before it blowns and you get hurt. thanks ALex
