I dig the style! Especially the Flat Black and the OD Green! I'm not up on my Motorcycle laws, but at what size does it have to be Lic. and Registered?

Usually 50cc is the cutoff.
So those would need all the bits to be made street legal.

As implied by this part on their website:

These bikes are NOT sold street legal! It is up to the customer to try and make them street legal if they choose to do so. Some states it can be registered and street legal other states may require certain accessories to be added, like license bracket, mirrors, etc. Please check your local laws before buying for street use. However they do come with a MSO from Kikker 5150 upon request! Thanks

let's see a 50cc model - with big cooling fins and a hidden shifter so I can go faster when the cops aren't around. That way I can ride to the Circle K for my slushies and not have to hassle with registration/tags/ins.

You have to have a motorcycles license for this? Looks like a fun project.... if you get the 200cc one, otherwise its a glorified moped.
