The Barnes 4WD Aluminum is the first in the industry that the entire body is made from one piece of 6061 T-6 aluminum. This means that the rear bumper body has no weld seams. Only the end caps and clevis attachment are welded on. This provides the strongest possible design. The clevis bars are welded to the front and the rear of the bumper. The bumper design ensures maximum departure angles and the aluminum material minimizes weight.
