Every time we come down to NC, we load up on *real* BBQ and bring a tub back with us, ration it out...
the stuff up here is crap.

Sad fact - for our first "date", my wife and I went to a lecture documentary on "BBQ in the South" at App... b/c they were giving out samples...

I was in a place in San Diego years ago and ordered BBQ. They asked what kind? Damn stupid southern boy I didn't there was any thing but pork! They use it as a verb there too.
